While browsing the Frosty, Heidi & Frank website in Safari on your iPhone, navigate to the homepage or the mobile homepage. Then click the "Send To" icon at the bottom of Safari. In the most recent versions of iOS, it looks like a box with an arrow coming out of it. On older versions of iOS, it looks like a plus symbol. Then click the "Add to Home Screen" button from the menu that pops up. If desired, modify the text that will be displayed below the HF icon on your Home Screen. Then click the Add button.

You can confirm your order went through once by checking your Order History. If the first attempts to place your order failed, you may see the authorizations that failed on your account. However, they are NOT charges and will clear up in a few days. If you see several orders in your Order History, please contact customer service to cancel the orders and credit your account.
This may be because you purchased a gift membership and gift memberships require activation. You can confirm that you purchased a gift membership by checking your Order History. If you have purchased a gift membership by mistake, please contact customer service so that they can change your gift membership to a regular membership.
